This was my entry for a contest held in January for a book called 'The Anime & Electronics Guide to Tokyo'. My friends Rik
 and Karsh  entered as well. We thought it would be so cool if all 3 of our entries were used in the same book. And they were! My pic was used for the front cover, Rik did icons for the inside of the book and Karsh's illustration was used for the back cover. There was even mention of the book and photo of my cover image on a Japanese blog, check it out here! [link] Piko is my original character~~! Just a bit of self-promotion ;3 The girl is random, but now she kinda looks like a grown-up Pikapikahikaru (Piko's owner). Oh and I didn't draw the background, it's just a scenery tone that was scanned in with colour added on top. I had no time to do a BG because I had finished literally at the last minute XD |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
